Daniel Donahey is the founder of American Business Culture Training and Testing Services. He is an expert in intercultural leadership, team building and consultative selling. As an American trainer and consultant, based in Germany for over 30 years, he has presented seminars, done keynote addresses, and conducted executive coaching programs for companies of all sizes in seventeen countries, although he considers German-American Cross-Cultural Business and Sales Training to be his greatest strength. Daniel has been teaching a course in Sales Negotiation for the Professional MBA Marketing and Sales program at the University of Economics and Business in Vienna, Austria (WU Wien) since 2011. Due to the success and popularity of his course, he was twice awarded the “Teaching Award for Excellence”prize in 2013 and again in 2016. He is a sought-after facilitator and speaker in both German and American corporations, and thanks to his extensive leadership and hands-on management experience, his training programs are always outcome-focused, highly effective and participant centered.

Dr. Ute Bechdolf, our Academic Advisor, is a Cultural and American Studies scholar and a certified intercultural trainer. As Director of the German-American Institute in Tübingen for many years, she is very familiar with the transatlantic challenges and knows about the sensitivities of intercultural communication. During her time as a university lecturer, she did research about German-American cultural exchange, has given talks, taught seminars and received the Baden-Württemberg State Teaching Award. Today she works as a freelancer, offering intercultural training to German companies and their American partners and subsidies. In an honorary capacity, she is Chairwoman of the Friends of the Tübingen - Ann Arbor Town Twinning Association.

Sean has a Bachelor's Degree in Russian Language, earned at the University of South Carolina and Vladivostok State University of Economics and Service between 2015 and 2019. He is culturally experienced, fluent in Russian and a native English speaker. In his career, thus far, Sean Delaney has gained management and leadership experience both as a US Army officer and in other administrative positions.
